Visitors are allowed to see the patients only during the specified visiting hours. Please be considerate and keep your visit brief if the patient is in pain or in need of rest. 

Only two visitors are allowed to visit the patient.

Between 7.00am to 7.30am, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (ICU).

11:00 am to 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (General wards)

Private rooms (24 hours )

Only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the general ward, other than visiting hours.

The hospital has its own Cardiac Life Support Ambulance available 24 hours

We have 2 fully equipped Neonatal ICU rooms and 6 Pediatric ICU rooms

• We have an outsourced cafeteria open from  8:00 am to 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• 8:00 am to 3:00pm (Sat)
• 8:00 am to 1:00pm (Sun)

We have Rooms (Deluxe, Private, Semi-Private & General Male/ Female wards)

We do run laboratory test requests from other clinics and hospitals. Self-request is allowed but to a limited extent

We do offer dialysis services as inpatient & outpatient. Referrals from other clinics and hospitals are accepted. The hospital is approved to offer NHIF renal dialysis package

• Each scheme has unique requirement for identification, it is important you refer to your scheme guideline before you visit the hospital.
• We encourage cashless transactions. For admission cases, a deposit is required.

• We do offer outpatient pharmacy services with external prescription, including over the counter medications.
• Patients are not allowed to use medicine brought from outside the hospital pharmacies while undergoing inpatient treatment in the hospital.

We do offer MRI/CT SCAN services as inpatient & outpatient. Investigation request from other clinics and hospitals are accepted.

We do offer specialized outpatient clinics at the Doctors plaza located within the hospital. We also provide referral letters for hospital specialists after seeing our resident doctor.

We offer both KEPI and Baby Friendly vaccines.

8 am – 2 pm Monday – Saturday

We offer all vaccines except the yellow fever vaccine.

8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday, 8 am – 1 pm on Saturday
